Are you ready to be one of our key creative drivers in the development of creative innovation in B2B and B2C for the Americas? This is your chance to bring to life the essence of the LEGO® brand in the Americas, ensuring that the LEGO DNA is present in everything we say for our Key Accounts, Shoppers and Consumers—exploring new creative media and technologies.

Core Responsibilities

  • Lead cutting‑edge innovative creative solutions for the LEGO® brand from both a creative and marketing perspective, working across the PMD and OLA organization to bring campaigns to life in the AMS, especially for Key Accounts and new media/channel commerce.
  • Play a key role in the creative ideation process for these projects and lead them with a matrix team, including OLA, PMD, M+C and our partners.
  • Work with and guide creative teams in Boston, working closely with both creative and comms strategy, OLA Commerce and the Creative Director to implement cross‑platform work for campaigns, content and landing them in the USA in particular.
  • Present ideas clearly and strategically to market partners.
  • Bring new thinking and innovation to cross‑functional teams in an imperative and critical capacity.
  • Work across a multitude of disciplines such as B2B, B2C, entertainment and other areas, bringing together diverse disciplines to solve unique, matrixed briefs and drive business results.

The LEGO Agency (OLA) focuses on delivering best‑in‑class campaigns, insight‑driven and fit‑for‑purpose solutions across the LEGO group. OLA Boston serves the AMS markets, covering both North and South America, with a special focus on the USA. It develops campaigns for the region, amplifies global campaigns to fit the USA market, localises campaigns and creates strategies and creative for key accounts such as Walmart, Target and Amazon, handling the full value chain from strategy to final in‑store solutions.

Do You Have What It Takes?

  • Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience with an integrated and innovation portfolio, encompassing both a traditional agency and tech/innovation background.
  • Background in branding, art direction, digital execution and production with a high level of technical, innovation, media, commerce, B2B, B2C, and craftsmanship expertise.
  • Ability to work independently and within a matrix organization.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Capacity to work in a fast‑paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple colleagues and influence without direct authority.
  • Self‑motivated, driven, strategically minded, and a great teammate.
  • Prioritisation skills, curiosity about learning, and a growth attitude.

Additional Details on This Position

  • Director‑level, individual contributor role based at 1001 Boylston St., Boston, MA.
  • Hybrid working model: a 3‑day in‑office schedule to support individuals’ life situations.

Compensation

The salary for this position ranges from $156,432.00 to $234,648.00, based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. Full remuneration details, including benefits, will be communicated upon offer.
