Colt Electro Optics (Colt Optics), a division of Colt CZ Group North America, is looking for a Vice President of Marketing. With offices located in Brighton, Michigan and Traverse City, Michigan, Colt Optics is a global supplier of electro-optics, magnified optics, night vision systems and other weapons, accessories and enablers. Summary: The Vice President of Marketing is responsible for leading the planning, development, and execution of our marketing initiatives. This executive role oversees the marketing teams and works closely with leadership teams in production, sales, engineering, product, and customer success to ensure alignment of business objectives and growth targets. The VP of Marketing is the architect of our brand and the steward of all customer-facing communication. Key Responsibilities: Strategy Development: Creating comprehensive marketing strategies and annual plans aligned with business objectives. Market Research & Analysis: Conducting market and competitor research to identify customer needs, trends, and opportunities for innovation. Brand Management: Overseeing the development and maintenance of a strong brand identity and messaging across all communication channels. Digital Strategy: Implementing digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, web analytics, and social media. Budget Management: Developing, managing, and allocating the marketing budget, ensuring efficient use of funds and demonstrating ROI. Campaign Execution: Overseeing the design, development, and implementation of marketing campaigns, content, and collateral. Stakeholder Communication: Reporting on the performance of marketing efforts and collaborating with other departments and leadership to achieve goals. Required Qualifications: BS degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field. MBA preferred. 10+ years of progressive marketing experience, including leadership roles Proven track record developing successful marketing campaigns and growing brand presence Strong analytical acumen and ability to interpret data for strategy development Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Familiarity with the latest marketing tools and platforms Firearms or tactical equipment industry experience is required.
