Disney Digital Entertainment, a division of Disney Experiences, is embarking on a mission to create the ‘digital front door’ for The Walt Disney Company, bringing all of the magic of Disney together into a new interactive universe.

Disney Digital Entertainment is looking for a highly organized and experienced Producer III to help bring new experiences to life. This role’s initial focus will be on outsourcing partnerships, and you will act as a bridge between our internal teams and third‑party vendors to ensure the delivery of high‑quality games and experiences. This is a cross‑functional role, working closely with the Executive Producer, requiring excellent communication, strong project management skills and a deep understanding of game development workflows. What you will do:

Assist with the creation of detailed documentation, including SOWs, contracts, and stakeholder feedback

Serve as a key point of contact for outsourcing partners, providing crucial problem‑solving and organizational expertise

Own the day‑to‑day management of outsourcing communication efforts, including keeping our internal team informed, taking detailed meeting notes, and ensuring Confluence is updated

Maintain consistent asset delivery cadence in line with internal standards and key stakeholder requirements

Work in lockstep with our internal partner teams to coordinate brand approvals

Flag potential risks or delays in deliverables and work proactively to resolve them

Ensure seamless integration of outsourced assets into relevant pipelines

Continuously improve and refine outsourcing production practices over time

Required Qualifications & Skills:

7 years of experience specifically in product development/production of Console/Mobile/PC games or other entertainment

Expertise in Jira, Confluence, Excel, Airtable, and/or other asset management software

Experience with Agile methodologies

3+ years of experience managing teams

Shipping multiple mobile, console, and/or PC games with live operations components

Previous experience in a senior outsourcing production role, with significant collaboration with external partners and internal stakeholders

Highly motivated self‑starter, with exceptional problem‑solving skills and demonstrable critical thinking

Broad and deep understanding of the art and science of high‑quality game development, including familiarity with various methodologies and tools

Superior communication and relationship‑building skills

Positive attitude and professional demeanor when working through challenging problems

Next‑level organizational skills – tracking multiple projects across different brands and various outsourcing partners

Ability to synthesize complex development streams into crisp visualizations that provide clarity on status, progress, and future plans

Education:

A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

The hiring range for this remote position is $117,800 to $186,300 per year, which factors in various geographic regions. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long‑term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
