As a Senior Manager of Global System Integrator (GSI) Marketing at CrowdStrike, you will lead the strategy and execution of our marketing initiatives with strategic GSI partners across three regions. This leadership position requires a strategic thinker who can develop and implement effective partner marketing programs that drive measurable business results for CrowdStrike and our priority GSI partners. Reporting to the Senior Director of Global Alliance Marketing, you will be responsible for creating and executing marketing campaigns and programs that scale across our key GSI partnerships. This role demands strong strategic thinking, leadership presence, and the ability to influence stakeholders across multiple functions. What You'll Do: Develop and execute joint marketing strategies with priority GSIs to drive demand, pipeline, and revenue

Build and implement joint account-based marketing (ABM) programs with partners targeting high-value mutual prospects and customers

Align marketing initiatives to global GSI partner business plans, sales priorities, and corporate objectives

Develop and execute co-marketing campaigns that drive new business and expand existing accounts. This includes creating thought leadership content, organizing CXO programs, and implementing other strategic marketing initiatives.

Partner with field marketing teams to activate GSI campaigns globally

Manage MDF/co-investment planning for GSI partners, ensuring ROI and compliance

Create scalable demand generation frameworks tailored to the unique needs of GSI partners

Serve as the primary marketing representative for key GSI relationships, representing CrowdStrike at planning sessions and business reviews

Drive cross-functional alignment between business development, alliance leadership, field marketing, and other teams to ensure cohesive execution

Execution & Measurement:

Collaborate with alliance teams, partner marketing, and product marketing teams to ensure execution and alignment of GSI initiatives

Act as a trusted advisor to GSI partner counterparts, building joint GTM relationships

Provide executive-level reporting and updates on on program impact, ROI, pipeline, and contribution

Define and track KPIs specific to GSI partnerships, including pipeline creation, influenced revenue, marketing-sourced leads, and partner engagement

Develop comprehensive GTM marketing plans that align with revenue goals and GSI partner business objectives

Measure and optimize joint ABM program effectiveness across target accounts

What You'll Need: 12+ years of marketing experience with 5+ years specifically leading GSI partner marketing programs

Proven track record of developing and executing marketing strategies with GSIs that delivered measurable pipeline and revenue impact

Experience designing and implementing successful ABM programs in partnership with system integrators

Deep understanding of the GSI business model and go-to-market approach

Experience working with strategic GSIs or solution providers, preferably in a SaaS or cybersecurity environment

Strong leadership presence with demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders across multiple functions

Strategic mindset coupled with the ability to translate strategy into tactical execution

Data-driven approach to program development, measurement, and optimization

Experience managing marketing budgets and demonstrating ROI

Impact & Influence: Ownership of GSI marketing programs affecting a significant portion of CrowdStrike's partner-influenced pipeline

Budget responsibility for marketing investments across global GSI programs

Regular interaction with CrowdStrike leadership and senior counterparts at GSI organizations

Ability to shape CrowdStrike's approach to GSI marketing and go-to-market strategies

The base salary range for this position for all U.S. candidates is $130,000 - $200,000 per year, with eligibility for bonuses, equity grants and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, 401k and paid time off. The base salary range for this position in Canada is $135,000 - $185,000 CAD per year + variable/incentive compensation + equity + benefits.
