You Are: Executive Vice President, Group Creative Director, Copy (EVP, GCD, Copy)
As a senior leader, you will partner with account, strategy, and IP leads to oversee and drive creative across a large portfolio of brands. Your responsibilities include overall brand strategy, client management, creative quality, and leading a high‑performing team of creatives. You will shape the agency’s creative vision, inspire teams, clients, and brands to exceed expectations, and champion unforgettable work.
The Work
Lead the creative strategy and execution of all work from development through execution, aligned with marketing objectives.
Encourage and motivate your team to produce great work.
Create a positive growth culture for your team, brands, and the agency.
Understand what makes great creative and how to run a great team while managing business operations.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships, providing campaign solutions.
Own the vision for each brand, distilling it to its essence.
Collaborate with account teams to ensure quality and efficiency on all creative and brand projects, troubleshooting as needed.
Present creative ideas, concept development, and brand work to clients.
Hire, manage performance, and allocate team talent to maximize billable utilization.
Contribute to agency growth by identifying and realizing new opportunities.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and deliver creative solutions.
Play a creative/strategic role in new business pitches.
Guide junior and mid‑level art directors.
Propose initiatives for agency and accounts.
Travel may be required; frequency depends on business needs.
Here’s What You’ll Need
12+ years of experience in copywriting with pharmaceutical/healthcare advertising.
Experience in a regulated industry.
6+ years managing a team of creatives is preferred.
Strong presentation skills.
Ability to quickly grasp therapeutic areas, interpret medical data, and adopt new concepts.
Highly organized with multitasking and project prioritization skills.
In‑depth understanding of branding, strategy, and marketing.
Strong conceptual ability covering both copy and art.
Experience working on a brand launch.
Proficiency in handling medical and legal feedback.
Bonus: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) of work experience.
Bonus: Ability to work East Coast hours.
Compensation and Benefits
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, including office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. We provide a reasonable compensation range for each role. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis with no fixed deadline.
