Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product development teams to align social media strategies with business goals. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry and digital media trends. Interact with followers and potential customers by communicating and answering questions through the company's social pages. Proven expertise in managing LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram. Experience with content management systems, keyword research tools, and social media marketing applications. Strong understanding of social media KPIs, web traffic metrics, and SEO strategies.
