We partner with major players in Music and New Media, including Sony Music Entertainment and Amazon Prime Video, as well as a wide roster of brands, to help promote the next viral sensation or hit show. Our focus is on delivering dynamic and creative promotional campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media channels, and measuring impact with detailed analytics.

Job Summary

As a Social Media Manager, you will manage and grow our key social channels—Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn. You’ll create original content and programming for these channels, and moderate our community of creators.

What You’ll Do

• Social Media Strategy: Work with leadership to develop strategy for our social accounts to hit marketing objectives.
• Original Content: Produce original content and programming for posting on our social channels.
• Talent Acquisition: Liaise with the team on inbound leads and outreach through our social channels.
• Community Moderation: Oversee moderation and programming available to our community of creators.
• Strategic Growth: Collaborate with internal teams to shape the overall social marketing strategy for Grail.
• Autonomous & Flexible Work: Thrive in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment with the flexibility to work independently and remotely.

Qualifications

• Already very familiar with TikTok/Instagram and the social media landscape.
• Excellent communication and content creation skills.
• Ready to hustle and get the job done.
• The hunger to make quick opportunistic wins, and the patience to work long cycles.
• Prepared to work flexible hours.
• Ability to work autonomously and drive your own agenda.
• Passion for, or ambition to change how things are done.
• Bonus: Experience with talent management, social media influencers, community management.
