Senior Growth Marketing Manager – New York, NY or Austin, TX.
What You’ll Do
Lead multi-channel growth strategy across CRM, paid social, partnerships, influencers, content, and lifecycle marketing.
Own demand and user growth funnels, driving both new and existing customer activation.
Analyze campaign performance and turn insights into actionable recommendations and optimizations.
Develop and present performance reporting and growth insights to leadership.
Oversee marketing budgets, forecasting ROI and managing spend efficiently.
Partner cross-functionally with local and regional teams to align campaigns, initiatives, and business priorities.
What You Bring
7–10 years of experience in growth or performance marketing, preferably in eCommerce, payments, B2C apps, or high-growth startups.
Demonstrated ability to design, launch, and scale creative, high-impact campaigns.
A structured problem-solver with strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into decisions.
Solid budget ownership experience and commercial decision-making skills.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
A creative, innovative mindset—always seeking new ways to elevate growth initiatives.
Strong experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to streamline workflows and increase productivity.
