Regional Trade Marketing Manager Responsibilities
Track and manage spend and ROI of regional or customer trade marketing activities and communicate results and insights.
Collaborate with Sales to activate national brand programs through effective execution strategies tailored to regional needs.
Lead and support the creation of regional promotions that address market gaps and meet the unique needs of key customers.
Provide strategic input during the concept and planning phases of brand programs, representing the sales perspective to ensure alignment and effectiveness.
Identify, secure, and manage external partners to support regional activities, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines and budget constraints.
Navigate contract negotiations and execution processes in alignment with company policies and compliance requirements.
Oversee multiple concurrent promotions, including sponsorships, partnerships, point-of-sale (POS) production, agency coordination, and event venue management.
Present national and regional brand/customer marketing plans to Sales teams and wholesalers, providing regular updates and managing execution details in collaboration with regional administrative support.
Engage with Sales teams and wholesalers to assess market dynamics and customer needs; contribute to key presentations and meetings to advance brand and sales goals.
Communicate regional promotion strategies and budget utilization to key internal partners for review and approval.
Position Requirements
Bachelor's degree required.
Valid Driver's License Required
Working in home office environment as well as the sales field.
Ability to operate a motor vehicle, this position requires travel.
Ability to occasionally lift and carry cases of wine that may weigh up to 45 pounds.
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience, preferably in sales, promotion development, or within the consumer-packaged goods (CPG) industry.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams and contribute meaningfully to team dynamics.
Strong multitasking and critical thinking skills, with the ability to adapt quickly in a demanding environment.
Excellent presentation and leadership capabilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
Self-motivated and accountable, with the ability to work independently in both office and remote settings.
Analytical skills are a plus and will be further developed in the role.
History of responsible use of alcohol and other appropriate conduct, as well as fitness to be licensed, permitted, and/or certified by state and/or local regulatory bodies.
Your Compensation $93,001.00 - $120,879.50/yr. based upon relevant experience.
