About the Role We’re looking for a highly skilled Product Marketing Manager or Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our growing skincare brand. This role is ideal for a strategic, retail-savvy marketer with deep experience in skincare and a passion for building products that resonate with today’s consumer. You will drive product strategy, lead go-to-market planning, and partner closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure strong execution across retail and DTC channels. Experience with Ulta and/or fragrance is a plus.

Key Responsibilities Lead product strategy and lifecycle planning for the skincare portfolio—from concept development through launch and in‑market optimization.

Develop clear consumer‑driven positioning, claims, and messaging to differentiate products in a competitive landscape.

Build and execute retail‑minded go‑to‑market strategies across key channels, including Ulta (highly preferred), DTC, and other national retailers.

Create comprehensive GTM toolkits, including product briefs, training decks, launch calendars, competitive analyses, and brand storytelling assets.

Drive sampling strategy, including forecasting, operational planning, retailer partnerships, and performance analysis.

Partner cross‑functionally with Product Development, Creative, Sales, Education, Operations, and Finance to ensure cohesive launch execution.

Monitor category and competitive trends in skincare (and fragrance, if relevant) to inform pipeline and product innovation.

Analyze post‑launch performance to identify opportunities for optimization and future growth.

Support brand storytelling and visual merchandising as needed to ensure cohesive product narratives across all touchpoints.

Qualifications 5–8+ years of product marketing experience, with

required

experience in skincare.

Experience working with or launching products in Ulta is preferred.

Strong understanding of retail dynamics, merchandising, and consumer behaviour.

Proven track record of leading GTM planning and developing comprehensive toolkits.

Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.

Strong communication, storytelling, and cross‑functional leadership skills.

Ability to balance creative vision with analytical decision‑making.
