Filtration and Separation Division (FSD)

plays a vital role in that mission — empowering our customers in bioprocessing to accelerate innovation and scale production safely and efficiently.

About the Role We are seeking a

strategic, creative, and highly organized Activation Marketer

to help drive awareness, engagement, and growth for our

$120M+ Bioprocessing business

across the U.S. and Canada. In this role, you will bring the FSD Division’s 2026 marketing vision to life — leading activation efforts that connect strategy to execution across campaigns, digital channels, and events.

You will be a key player in accomplishing our

marketing activation roadmap , ensuring consistent brand messaging, customer engagement, and measurable results across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

Trade Show & Event Leadership:

Plan, coordinate, and implement Thermo Fisher’s presence at major bioprocessing industry events (e.g., BPI East, ACS-BIOT), including booth design, logistics, on‑site branding, and integrated campaign messaging.

Campaign & Channel Activation:

Develop and deploy monthly and quarterly email and social media campaigns tailored to strategic bioprocessing customers and prospects. Partner with global and regional teams to ensure alignment and message consistency.

Marketing Program Management:

Track, manage, and report on campaign performance and budget adherence. Use data‑driven insights to optimize activation plans for maximum return on investment.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with the Bioprocessing Portfolio Manager, FSD Global Marketing, North American Sales, Data Analytics, and Salesforce lead generation teams to deliver integrated marketing initiatives that drive measurable pipeline growth.

Strategic Enablement:

Support execution of FSD’s 2026 marketing pillars and long‑term growth initiatives, ensuring that all activities align with divisional goals and customer needs.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field required

5+ years of marketing experience, ideally in B2B life sciences, bioprocessing, or a related technical industry nice to have, not required.

Proven success managing multi‑channel campaigns, event marketing, and lead generation initiatives.

Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a matrixed environment.

Proficiency in Salesforce, marketing automation platforms, and social media tools.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a passion for scientific storytelling.

Compensation and Benefits The salary range estimated for this position based in Minnesota is $75,800.00–$125,000.00.

This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
