In-office Expectations: This position is hybrid in-office, with the ability to work remotely for up to 2 days per week.

About The Team | The Team and/or Brand. The Brand Partnerships & Licensing department supports licensing functions across People Inc.’s brands. Our work includes product licensing, asset licensing, international media and branded services and experiences.

About The Positions Contributions: The Social Content Producer, Brand Partnerships & Licensing is responsible for the planning, development and execution of social content across platforms in support of the Better Homes & Gardens Collection at Walmart. This includes all Organic Social (video, in-feed, Instagram stories, influencer collabs, broadcast channel communication, etc).

This role, reporting into the Art Director, Brand Partnerships & Licensing is tasked with producing multiple social marketing projects simultaneously, managing a content/product budget and responding in real time to business needs. The producer will collaborate with various social contributors including People Inc. associates, brand editors and influencers. This role requires social video production and editing experience and comfortability being in front of the camera using one's own voice and likeness in social video to tell product stories.

Additionally, this role will be tasked with delivering ad-hoc creative support for other People Inc. licensed lines (Real Simple, BRIDES, BHG, etc) and aid in miscellaneous projects in support of our partnerships.

Content Planning & Production (50%)

Lead operational planning for social creative assets

Capture high-quality, dynamic video content that is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality, tone of voice, and optimized for consumer experiences across platforms

Support end-to-end creative production of social content (concepting, production, post-production) working with business account team, Marketing and Design to meet campaign goals

Own BHG Collection social calendar and collaborate with Brand counterpart to post regular content

Partner with Creative Director on budget planning and resource allocation

Act a primary point of contact with People Inc. Brand/Social Editors, Social Strategy Team and external platform partners

Attend studio and location based shoots to capture video content

Monitor and respond to relevant social media comments, messages and trends in a professional manner

Influencer Management & Execution (25%)

Support and execute BHG Collection creator and influencer marketing strategies

Co-own relationships with key influencers and influencer agency reps

Manage annual influencer budget

Responsible for contracting partners in service of content development for BHG Collection

Oversee campaign execution from recruitment, briefing, production, content delivery and post-campaign wrap reports

Ensure content and stories are on brand and have a cohesive visual identity

Channel Reporting and Optimizations (25%)

Collaborate with People Inc. Marketing team on monthly performance and insights

Monitor competitive landscape and maintain POV on brand positioning

Stay on top of industry trends, FTC guidelines and platform evolution to influence channel strategies

The Role’s Minimum Qualifications and Job Requirements: Education:

Bachelor’s Degree required

Experience:

Minimum 2-3 years in social strategy and content production, including editing skills

Minimum 2-3 years running social media, including creating a content calendar

Strong knowledge of social media channels, tools and analytics

Knack for producing content both individually and with cross-functional teams

Specific Knowledge, Skills, Certifications and Abilities:

Deep understanding of platform-native storytelling and best practices

Must excel at collaborative cross-functional work internally and with external stakeholders

Computer / Design skills using Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides), Miro, Photoshop, Premiere, Airtable a plus
