Overview The Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading all aspects of Flanker Kitchen + Sporting Club’s marketing initiatives. This role combines strategic planning, creative execution, and data‑driven analysis to enhance brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and support revenue growth. The ideal candidate will excel in creating and implementing innovative campaigns that align with our venue’s goals and elevate its presence as a premier destination for sports, dining, and entertainment.

Responsibilities

Responsible for leading and driving unique, creative and well thought out content for all programming, paid media marketing, music, culinary and cocktail initiatives with Vice President of Programming and Vice President of Marketing.

Executing and delivering all and any Programming Calendars to VP of Programming & Entertainment. i.e. AV Schedules, Event Calendars, etc.

Executing all social media Calendars weekly for review and approvals with VP of Marketing.

Staying in communications with all General Managers of F/B properties for all necessary guests experience flags, complaints and compliments.

Keeping all Social Media Channels + Platforms in good standing, and up to date i.e. Bio’s, Call to Actions, Community Management, etc.

Ensuring all necessary “Print” Material is executed and delivered in a timely manner. i.e. Flyer Drops, Concierge.

Reviewing analytics weekly with Vice President of Marketing all areas of opportunity, understanding trends and patterns.

Participating in all creative sessions, meetings with Marketing Team and managing Graphic Design needs daily.

Working closely day‑to‑day with Vice President of Marketing for all communications, scheduling of content shoots, deliverables and timelines.

Attending all Culinary & Cocktail Photoshoots + Video shoots between all venues.

Executing all Social Media Shoot Shot Lists, Deliverables in all capacities and meeting expectations from all points of brand / socials.

Managing all Ticketing Platforms with Vice President of Programming & Entertainment.

Ensuring all National Culinary & Cocktail Holidays are met monthly with content supporting.

Working directly with all third‑party vendors and partners for all complex content job needs and fulfillment.

Maintaining consistent communication with all dedicated Public Relations Teams for announcements, rollouts when applicable for support via social media.

Working with Influencers day‑to‑day when confirmed and booked across all F/B outlets to ensure all deliverables are met.

Training all and any new Marketing Associates, Coordinators or Part‑Time Marketing Team members for all necessary day to day tasks assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Marketing or Communications.

2-4 years’ experience in past previous marketing roles. (hospitality and entertainment industry preferred).

Must be proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, Power Point.

Proficient in Canva, Adobe and other platforms.

Must be an expert in Social Media Platforms.

Meta, X, Tik Tok, Pinterest, Snapchat, LinkedIn.

Knowing how to pivot at times when in need.

Ability to multi‑task multiple projects at once and understanding priority.

Extremely organized and excellent communication + presentation skills.

Well‑rounded knowledge of all market segments, and channel sources, as well as ability to develop a strategic plan for each.

Major plus in ability to edit content and produce.
