Commercial Operations (CML Ops) is one of the largest divisions in the Commercial Bank. This team’s scope is horizontal across the bank and, as such, it supports numerous critical processes and transactions. We are seeking a self‑motivated candidate who demonstrates strong verbal and written communication skills as well as the ability to embrace change in an increasingly evolving environment. The candidate will partner with leadership to define, build, and maintain a future knowledge management system that provides users key information to perform daily job tasks, and also work closely with internal partners to help develop, capture, and organize content artifacts including technical help guides and procedures.

Responsibilities
Attending regular meetings to map out and document future “how to” state
Initiating and conducting research to develop process documents and detailed help guides
Updating and maintaining documentation when changes or improvements are implemented
Maintaining knowledge repositories and processes that facilitate capturing critical information
Promoting knowledge management best practices and adoption of new tools and resources
Partnering with management to identify process improvements
Transforming complex, technical material into clear and concise documentation that will be read by target audience members to perform job tasks
Conducting in‑depth interviews with subject matter experts to fully understand tasks
Qualifications

Detail‑oriented and able to translate big picture thinking into local execution
Strong project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines in an agile work environment
Someone who thrives in a high‑energy, fast‑paced and constantly changing environment

Work from Home Technology Requirements
A secure home office environment that is free from background noise and distractions
A reliable private internet connection that is not supplied via cellular data or hotspot
A private network that is password protected where you have ownership or line of sight to every device on the network
Internet service must be provided by Cable or fiber Internet Service Providers
Hotspots and satellite services are prohibited and do not meet performance criteria required for optimal agent/customer interactions
ISP download speeds on VPN must be at least 5Mbps, with 10+ Mbps preferred

Candidates must live within approximately 50 miles of one of the hub locations (Plano, TX; Richmond, VA; McLean, VA) and be comfortable coming in person whenever required with no less than 24‑hour notice.
Basic Qualifications
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
At least 2 years of experience in knowledge management, information technology, software development, or technical writing
At least 2 years of experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or Google Suite (Sheets, Slides, Docs)
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or Military Experience
3+ years of experience working within an agile delivery environment
3+ years of experience with Salesforce

Salary McLean, VA: $86,300 - $98,400 for Content Manager II
Plano, TX: $78,400 - $89,500 for Content Manager II
Richmond, VA: $78,400 - $89,500 for Content Manager II
This role is also eligible to earn performance‑based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonuses and/or long‑term incentives (LTI).
