Campaign Planning and Execution
Develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns align with brand strategy and business goals.
Content Creation and Management
Write, edit, and design marketing materials such as blog posts, social media content, newsletters, brochures, and website copy.
Ensure all content is consistent with brand voice, style, and guidelines.
Coordinate with other Coastline Orthodontic clinics to ensure the teams are aligned with ongoing marketing streams.
Market Research & Competitive Analysis
Conduct research on market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity.
Identify opportunities for new campaigns, products, or services based on research findings.
Assist in developing marketing strategies informed by data and industry insights.
Event Support & Community Engagement
Support planning and promotion of events, trade shows, webinars, or other community engagement initiatives.
Coordinate event logistics, registration, and promotional materials.
Engage with customers and prospects to build brand awareness and relationships.
Administrative & Cross-Functional Support
Maintain marketing databases, CRM systems, and mailing lists.
Assist in the production of reports, presentations, and marketing collateral for internal teams.
Support senior marketing staff on special projects as needed.
This is a part time position that may require various hours needed to successfully execute the role.
