The Warehouse Lead will oversee daily warehouse operations, coordinate equipment logistics, and ensure our audiovisual inventory is maintained, prepped, and delivered at the highest standard. This role requires a strong background in AV equipment handling, leadership experience, and assist with transportation when needed.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the receiving, organizing, testing, and prepping of audiovisual equipment for events.
Ensure accurate inventory management, including check-in/check-out of gear.
Coordinate with project managers and technicians to meet event schedules and equipment needs.
Operate company trucks to deliver and pick up equipment as needed.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
Execute proper equipment handling, safety, and operational procedures.
Support load-ins and load-outs for major events when required.
Qualifications
3+ years of warehouse or logistics experience, preferably in the audiovisual industry.
Strong AV equipment knowledge (audio, video, lighting, staging).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
Flexible schedule, with occasional evenings or weekends based on event schedules.

Valid CDL (Class A)
