as a Unified Communications Sales Consultant. This is a territory‑based outside sales role focused on new business development for our VOIP platform.
Key Responsibilities
Drive new business opportunities by strategically targeting ideal customer profiles within the assigned territory.
Engage in consultative selling: understand client objectives and challenges, articulate solutions, and challenge the status‑quo to achieve business outcomes.
Collaborate with technical and support teams to develop customized VOIP solutions tailored to client specifications.
Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation through closure, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely follow‑up.
Negotiate contracts, submit proposals, and maintain account documentation.
Proactively promote all products and solutions to new and existing clients through prospecting, cold calling, targeted accounts, and lead resources.
Desired Qualifications
Sales driven, competitive, positive, and goal‑oriented.
Strong prospecting skills and proficiency in sales tools (e.g., Salesforce).
Background in VOIP, telephony, IT, cybersecurity, or business consulting is a plus but not required.
Excellent time‑management, problem‑solving, and customer‑focused communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
Compensation & Benefits Base salary $60,000 – $150,000+ plus uncapped commissions, multiple bonuses, contests, and travel incentives.
