Program Manager, Executive Content and Programs, Global Executive Marketing Global Executive Marketing (GEM) creates 1:1 and 1:many engagements between AWS leaders and executive customers through content, messaging, and digital and in‑person experiences. As part of this organization, you'll execute content operations that help forge and strengthen relationships with influential decision‑makers who are transforming their industries using AWS cloud and generative AI.

Key responsibilities

Develop and execute compelling content that supports C‑suite engagement and translates strategic narratives into deliverable assets.

Implement scalable content frameworks and playbooks aligned with AWS priorities, managing day‑to‑day content operations and production workflows.

Coordinate innovative programming across multiple formats including digital, events, and experiential activations to drive executive engagement.

Provide tactical editorial support across marquee 1P executive events to ensure consistent execution and delivery.

Manage content production workflows and coordinate with agencies, vendors, and production teams.

Execute event logistics and content coordination for Executive Summit and other high‑visibility executive programs.

Coordinate digital content initiatives including executive podcasts, video content, and interactive digital experiences.

Manage content calendars, asset libraries, and version control across all executive content initiatives.

Track and report on tactical metrics that support broader engagement and business outcome measurement.

A day in the life

Coordinate with agencies and vendors on content production timelines and deliverables for upcoming executive programs.

Manage content asset updates and maintain version control across digital platforms and event materials.

Execute logistics and coordination for Executive Summit sessions, including speaker preparation materials and technical requirements.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of digital content initiatives and event programming.

Update project trackers, manage content calendars, and provide status reports on tactical execution progress.

Basic qualifications

5+ years of program or project management experience.

Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.

Experience working cross‑functionally with tech and non‑tech teams.

Preferred qualifications

3+ years of driving end‑to‑end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership.

3+ years of driving process improvements.

Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels.

Experience building processes, project management, and schedules.

Compensation The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800 per year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800 per year in our highest geographic market. Equity, sign‑on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. Our compensation reflects market costs across multiple U.S. geographic markets.
