Senior Learning Experience Designer – Global Operations Learning and Development (GOLD) organization. Design, develop, and deliver innovative, technology‑enabled learning solutions for WWOps learners, applying AI‑powered tools to enhance learning speed, quality, and impact.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop interactive learning experiences, simulations, and performance support tools using authoring platforms and AI‑assisted solutions.
Apply AI tools to accelerate content creation, improve accessibility, and personalize the learner experience.
Curate, tag, and structure content for easy update, reuse, and integration with AI‑enabled systems.
Prototype and test emerging learning technologies, including adaptive learning and AI‑driven feedback tools, incorporating results into design improvements.
Collaborate with SMEs, instructional designers, and technologists to deliver scalable solutions aligned with business priorities.
Contribute to guidelines and best practices for using AI and automation in learning design.
Stay current with learning technology trends and share insights with the team.
Basic Qualifications
7+ years of learning design experience.
Bachelor’s degree in learning design, instructional design, educational technology, or a related field.
Proficiency in AI applications and ability to integrate them effectively into design and development.
Strong grounding in learning design principles, user experience design, and human‑centered design.
Technical aptitude with quick learning of new technologies and development of various learning solutions.
Proven ability to make business recommendations and influence stakeholders to deliver learning initiatives on time and within scope.
Problem‑solving mindset, experimentation, and continuous improvement focus.
Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with natural language processing or other AI/ML techniques.
Obsessed with customer experience and maintaining high standards.
Proficient in project management tools and methodologies; experience contributing to documentation of project standards and using data to optimize work processes.
