Our Team is based out of our office in Burlington, Massachusetts, where we work in‑office Monday through Thursday each week, and remotely on Fridays. Team members must reside within or be willing to relocate to a commutable distance from our Burlington office.

We are seeking a contractor to join our team on a temporary basis. The Contract Shopper Marketing Manager will provide best‑in‑class, hands‑on marketing support for Wellness Pet accounts and serve as the primary Marketing resource for the retail Sales team.

What You’ll Accomplish

Lead the execution of monthly customer programs and Joint Business Plan (JBP) initiatives across omni‑channel and in‑store touchpoints, ensuring cross‑functional alignment, timely delivery, and strong project management throughout

Develop and activate in‑store marketing strategies that support key brand initiatives and retail activations, including displays, signage, training materials, endcap headers, shelf talkers, aisle violators, window clings, banners, IRCs/stickers, and sell sheets

Manage relationships with the Retail Media Network teams, reviewing performance reports and optimizing programs based on key marketing metrics (CTR, redemption, engagement, and sales performance) across media channels

Lead cross‑functional teams and the creative development of Shopper Marketing materials in collaboration with Creative, Brand, and Sales to ensure timely, on‑brand execution across digital and in‑store assets

Manage and update online product listings, PDPs, and retailer digital platforms to ensure accurate, optimized content, current offers, and targeted advertising opportunities

Create and deliver Trade and Customer Show support materials, such as booth graphics, customer presentations, samples, and signage

In addition, for this specific role, we need someone who:

A bachelor's degree in business management or marketing

A minimum of three years of relevant professional experience

Passion for success and a readiness to learn and develop within a high‑volume and fast‑moving team

High‑level understanding of unique customer and shopper needs to advance activation that fosters stronger customer relationships and results

The salary range for this position is $80 to $90 per hour, based on a full‑time work schedule, anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational equity. Compensation may vary within that pay range depending on the selected candidate’s professional background, experience, operational needs, and other considerations permitted by law. The full compensation details will be communicated upon finalization of the employment offer and may include eligibility for participation in a bonus program.
