Conversion optimization:
Lead A/B testing, landing page optimization, and marketing automation workflows (HubSpot) to maximize conversion rates at every stage

Partner with content, creative, and sales teams to ensure messaging resonates with high-level decision-makers (CEOs, business owners, executives)
What You Bring Required:
3-5 years of hands-on performance marketing experience with proven results (tell us about your wins, campaigns that exceeded targets, efficiency gains, creative tests that broke through)
Expert proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
Strong analytical chops: You're fluent in Google Analytics, Excel/Sheets, and can build dashboards that tell the story behind the numbers
Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot preferred) and CRM integration
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
What Sets You Apart
You've driven lead generation for high-consideration B2B services (coaching, consulting, professional services, SaaS)
You understand the unique dynamics of marketing to C-suite audiences
You're a hypothesis-driven marketer who designs tests, learns fast, and iterates quickly
You have experience with SEO/SEM, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), and email nurture campaigns
You're energized by mission-driven work and can authentically connect faith-based values with professional marketing excellence
Why C12HQ? This role is based on-site in San Antonio, TX, where you'll work alongside a passionate team committed to excellence and purpose. Beyond competitive compensation, we offer:
