This role is for a hands‑on practitioner who simplifies the complex, influences senior stakeholders, and executes with precision. You will uncover powerful consumer insights, shape customer decision journeys, and ensure every marketing dollar works harder to deliver tangible results. What You’ll Do
Lead Strategic Transformation
– Drive the evolution of our strategic offerings, ensuring marketing acts as a powerful growth engine for our clients and the agency. Influence & Advise
– Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and clients, shaping critical marketing decisions and aligning strategies across diverse cross‑functional teams (creative, media, analytics, technology). Drive New Business & Thought Leadership
– Elevate our strategic value proposition in new business pitches, craft compelling narratives, and lead industry thought leadership initiatives (speaking, publishing, developing original research) that set new standards in health marketing. Uncover & Apply Insights
– Collaborate with Decision Sciences and Audience Intelligence to identify high‑value customer segments, map customer decision journeys, and define unifying brand ideas that guide omnichannel engagement. Ensure Executional Excellence> – Implement governance models and strategic planning standards, fostering a continuous learning culture that optimizes strategy effectiveness in real time. Forge Strategic Partnerships
– Maintain high‑impact relationships with key platform leaders (Google, Meta, Amazon, TikTok, healthcare data providers), translating innovations into strategic advantages for our clients. What You’ll Bring
Experience
– 12+ years of progressive experience in marketing strategy, media planning, digital strategy, or a related field, ideally within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or highly regulated industries. Strategic Acumen
– Proven track record of developing and executing commercially‑driven, outcome‑focused strategies that deliver measurable business results (revenue growth, customer acquisition, brand loyalty). Omnichannel & Digital Expertise
– Hands‑on experience across paid, owned, and earned media, eCommerce, programmatic, and emerging technologies, with a deep understanding of marketing technology. Data Literacy & Analytics
– Ability to interpret complex data sets (first‑party, third‑party, media performance, financial reports) and transform them into actionable marketing strategies, including familiarity with AI‑driven insights and attribution modeling. Leadership & Influence
– Strong leadership skills with demonstrated experience influencing C‑suite executives and aligning diverse cross‑functional teams. Storytelling & Persuasion
– Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with a knack for simplifying complex ideas into compelling, inspiring narratives. Agility & Experimentation
– A mindset of continuous learning, testing, and refining strategies based on performance signals. Multi‑Disciplinary Knowledge
