Hospice Field Marketer / Community Liaison (Full-Time) Locations:

Orange County, CA & Inland Empire Area (including Rancho Cucamonga and surrounding areas)

Orange County Cities:

Anaheim, Santa Ana, Irvine, Huntington Beach, Costa Mesa, Garden Grove, and Newport Beach

Inland Empire Area Cities:

Riverside, San Bernardino, Ontario, Corona, Moreno Valley, Rancho Cucamonga, and Temecula. (Pomona, Palm Springs, and the High Desert region are right on the border)

Must haves:

Minimum 3-4 years of experience doing field sales for Hospice to generate patient referrals.

Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Hospice Field Marketer / Community Liaison to join our growing team. This is an outside sales position responsible for developing and maintaining professional relationships with healthcare facilities, hospitals, physicians, and senior living communities to drive patient referrals to Hospice. The Field Marketer serves as the face of Hospice in the community, representing our mission, educating partners on our services, and building strong referral partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with physicians, hospitals, nursing homes, and assisted living facilities to generate patient referrals.

Conduct regular in-person visits, outreach calls, and presentations to promote hospice services.

Meet and exceed monthly referral goals (target of

9-10 new patients per month ).

Collaborate with internal hospice care teams to ensure smooth onboarding and communication with new patients and families.

Identify new business opportunities within assigned territories.

Track referral activities, maintain accurate records, and provide weekly performance reports.

Represent Hospice professionally at community events and networking activities.

Compensation Base Salary + Commission (Multiple Plan Options Available)

Compensation plans are flexible based on experience and sales confidence.

Example earnings based on performance:

9-10 patients/month:

~$156,000 per year

12-13 patients/month:

~$200,000 per year

4-5 patients/month:

~$96,000 per year

Candidates may choose between:

Higher base + lower commission , or

Lower base + higher commission .

Schedule & Flexibility

Full-time position with flexible scheduling.

You set your own hours — success is measured by meeting or exceeding quotas.

Some team members achieve targets within 20–30 hours weekly, while others work traditional full-time hours, or even additional hours.

Occasional weekend work will be needed to meet weekly quota/target.

Qualifications Required:

Proven experience in hospice marketing, community liaison, and healthcare sales (preferably current or recent role).

Strong knowledge of hospice referral processes.

Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Goal-driven mindset with ability to work independently.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Preferred:

Established relationships within the local healthcare community.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
