Cabinet Designer
(Premier Custom Cabinetry Shop in the Charlotte, NC area)
Key Requirements for this position: Proficiency in CABINET VISION and MICROSOFT SOFTWARE.
Join where superior craftsmanship meets excellence!!! We’re on the lookout for an experienced Cabinet Designer capable of designing and managing custom cabinet projects. This individual MUST be proficient in Cabinet Vision Software, and Microsoft Office.
Responsibilities
Deliver excellent customer service.
Prepare quotes according to company pricing structure.
Conduct client selection meetings to determine cabinet styles, construction, layout, materials, finish, and accessories.
Design custom cabinets from architectural drawings using Cabinet Vision software.
Upon client approval, assemble shop packages including bills of material and cut lists.
Order specialty (non-inventoried) materials as required.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, interfacing with builders and homeowners.

We provide a full range of custom-built cabinetry, including full overlay, flush inset, and beaded inset styles. Our cabinets are handmade from any available wood species on the market. We install our cabinets, with most projects located in a twenty-five-mile radius of downtown Charlotte. Mint Hill Cabinets has a long-standing reputation as one of the highest quality cabinetmakers in the Southeast. We are growing the MHC team to increase our ability to serve the rapidly growing Charlotte area.
