As a Retail Manager, you will oversee all aspects of retail operations, ensuring a smooth, guest-focused experience. You will manage inventory, direct team performance, and implement merchandising strategies to elevate the venue’s brand.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, retail management, or related field preferred
Proficiency with inventory and POS software systems
3+ years of retail management experience
Knowledge of merchandising and retail trends
ServSafe or other retail safety certifications preferred
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all retail operations and team members
Ensure accurate inventory tracking and ordering
Implement merchandising displays and promotional strategies
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and guest service
Train, coach, and schedule staff for event readiness
Analyze sales reports and implement improvements
