We’re looking for a Creative Director who thrives in the world of TikTok, social content, and cultural moments - someone who can turn insight into ideas, and ideas into campaigns that actually shape conversations.
You’ll lead Amplify’s creative direction across campaigns, pitches, and internal projects - ensuring our work is bold, strategic, and resonates with audiences. You’ll collaborate closely with our Account Management, Partnerships and Production teams to make sure ideas are not only creatively ambitious but executed seamlessly.
The ideal person is equal parts visionary and hands‑on - confident presenting to clients, mentoring creatives, and working in the fast, ever‑changing world of social and creator culture.
Responsibilities:
Lead the creative vision across all creator‑led social campaigns, content series, events, activations and brand projects, ensuring Amplify remains ahead of the curve in digital storytelling and impact.
Translate briefs and business goals into clear, impactful creative concepts that cut through on TikTok and beyond.
Collaborate with Account Management, Partnerships and Production teams to ensure creative concepts are strategically sound, efficiently executed, and deliver exceptional results.
Confidently present creative ideas and campaign concepts to clients and internal stakeholders.
Oversee, mentor, and grow a creative team.
Keep Amplify’s creative output consistent, on‑brand, and culturally relevant.
Stay ahead of trends in digital media, emerging platforms, and culture - bringing fresh thinking and innovation to every project.
Help refine and evolve creative processes to enhance agility, collaboration, and quality of output.
Lead multiple projects from concept to delivery, managing timelines and creative processes.
Continuously refine creative processes to improve efficiency and output quality.
Drive creative excellence across the agency.
Proactively seek new opportunities and ways to engage and grow our clients.
Requirements
Award‑winning or viral social campaign experience.
Proven experience leading creative direction for digital‑first or social‑first campaigns.
Deep understanding of TikTok, creator culture, and how brands can authentically participate in online trends.
Strong creative and conceptual thinker who can connect big ideas with audience insights.
Experienced collaborator who works seamlessly with internal teams to bring ideas to life.
Confident communicator and presenter with exceptional storytelling skills.
Experience mentoring creative teams and fostering a culture of collaboration and curiosity.
Passionate and ambitious about the creator economy.
Have a global mindset and experience working internationally.
