Also, include an example of detailed fit comments & a tech pack. Job Summary Individual contributor responsible for executing the technical design process from development to final fit. Analyze and evaluate garments to develop correct fit specifications. Ensure products meet established fit quality standards, manufacturer capabilities, and cost specifications. Develop technical specifications and communicate fit to vendors/factories for approvals and corrections. Make adjustments with factories to maintain design integrity of approved prototypes while monitoring quality and targeted price. Report to Technical Services Manager. Direct Assistant or Associate Technical Designers. Required Experience 7+ years in technical design with intimates/apparel. Bachelor's degree in Fashion or equivalent experience.
