Your Next Great Adventure
The Marketing Manager plays a strategic and hands on role in developing and executing marketing efforts that support both new home communities and broader land development projects. This individual is responsible for upholding brand standards, supporting builder and internal sales teams, and overseeing the execution of integrated marketing campaigns, events, and initiatives that drive awareness, traffic, and engagement. The ideal candidate is a strong collaborator, creative thinker, and organized executor who can bridge corporate strategy with localized implementation.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive marketing plans that align with corporate strategy and local community goals to build awareness, generate leads, and support sales.
Oversee multi‑channel marketing campaigns, digital and print content, signage, collateral, community videos, and events that showcase new homes and developments.
Partner with Corporate Marketing, sales, construction, Realtors, and community stakeholders while managing agency and vendor relationships to ensure seamless execution.
Leverage customer insights and market data to refine strategies, track ROI, and manage marketing budgets, media efficiency, and vendor invoicing.
Uphold brand standards across all touchpoints, mentor junior marketing team members, and represent the division as a marketing leader within regional and national teams.
Success is Built On
4+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in real estate, homebuilding, or land development.
Strong understanding of marketing strategy, campaign management, and budget oversight.
Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.
Experience with digital marketing, website CMS, social media platforms, and CRM/email systems (e.g., HubSpot).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Wrike, SharePoint).
Experience managing agencies, vendors, and creative development processes.
