The main melody and idea have been crafted on piano, and the next step is to reimagine the track with a fresh, culturally resonant arrangement. The selected freelancer will propose an innovative approach, suggesting stylistic direction, instrumentation, mood, and song structure that authentically reflect the Gulf region’s musical heritage while introducing a modern touch. The melody and lyrics will be provided for creative exploration and quotation purposes. If the proposed concept aligns with the vision, there is potential for continued collaboration to produce the full track.
Responsibilities
Analyze the provided melody and lyrics to understand the song’s core identity and emotional intent
Develop and present a detailed arrangement concept, including style, instrumentation, mood, and structure
Incorporate traditional Gulf musical elements and contemporary production techniques as appropriate
Communicate creative ideas clearly and professionally for review and feedback
Collaborate on revisions and refinements to ensure the arrangement meets the desired artistic direction
Maintain confidentiality and respect all rights regarding the provided materials
Skills And Requirements
Proven experience in music production and arrangement, preferably with Arabic or Gulf music genres
Strong understanding of traditional and modern Gulf musical styles, instruments, and cultural nuances
Proficiency with digital audio workstations (DAWs) and music production software
Creative vision and ability to propose original arrangement concepts
Excellent communication skills for presenting ideas and incorporating feedback
Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality concepts within agreed timelines
Professional approach to intellectual property and project confidentiality
