Join to apply for the Civil Designer role at Actalent Job Description We are seeking a skilled Civil Designer capable of handling site and subdivision layout, preparing development plans, and finalizing construction drawings and related documents under the supervision of a Civil Engineer. Responsibilities Design site and subdivision layouts. Prepare development plans. Create final construction drawings. Collaborate with Civil Engineers to ensure project accuracy and compliance. Essential Skills Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil Design. Experience in site development and stormwater management. At least 2 years of experience in site/subdivision design. Graduate of a Technical School in Computer Aided Drafting. Additional Skills & Qualifications Familiarity with Carlson Civil Design is a plus. A degree in Civil Engineering or a graduate of a Landscape Architect Program is advantageous. Work Environment The position is based in an office in Lexington, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
