Job Summary:
The essential function of the position is to provide general technical and creative design services to County departments and agencies. The position is responsible for graphically interpreting the County’s message, both informational and/or educational, to its citizens, visitors and employees; maintaining electronic files of graphics and artwork; coordinating print production and performing related work as required. The position works under general supervision; independently developing work methods and sequences.
This position shall be required to assist with emergency support functions in the event of a declared emergency and/or any other emergency duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
Any equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be considered. Requires an associate’s degree in graphic design, commercial art or a closely related field and four (4) years of related work experience in the field of graphic design. May require a valid Florida driver's license.
