Position Summary Under the general direction of the VP & Chief Marketing & Community Relations Officer, the Marketing Representative will help develop creative marketing strategies and campaigns to enhance and strengthen our company image. You will coordinate and execute all functions of marketing, community relations, and communications under the supervision of the VP & Chief. This position also includes recording information and data, assisting with internal communications, and assisting with community health functions. Required Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age. Proof of highest level of education completed, not less than high school education or equivalent. Effective organization skills. Ability to work independently with general direction and guidance. Ability to create, develop, and recommend innovative concepts and ideas to communicate with diverse audiences. Computer skills (Microsoft Office) and the ability to learn and master new software programs. Previous experience organizing and multitasking multiple deadlines and projects. Must present a professional appearance. Ability to lift, carry, pull, and push 50 pounds. Language proficiency in English, with excellent written and verbal fluency. Prior experience as a marketing assistant or similar positions. Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and exercise good time management skills. Strong communication and people skills. Preferred Qualifications Four (4) year college degree, or 4 years of experience in marketing, public relations, community relations, business administration, health care administration, or similar disciplines. Previous experience working in healthcare or nonprofit marketing. Previous experience with multiple digital media platforms. Previous experience with grant writing. Previous experience with marketing software and online tools (Web Analytics, Google Adwords, CRM tools, etc.). Previous experience with WordPress. Previous experience in creating, developing, and publishing brochures, pamphlets, radio and newspaper ads, and other forms of communication. Previous experience planning and coordinating events.
