About the Role We’re looking for an experienced SEO Specialist to join our team as a freelancer and support key clients with data‑driven insights. Immediate start is required. Core Tools Slack, Linear, Notion, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager Tasks Work with Google Analytics (GA) at an expert level Create and configure comprehensive dashboards in GA with key metrics and detailed data Analyze website performance and user traffic patterns Prepare monthly reports and data summaries Extract actionable insights, conclusions, and recommendations based on data analysis Implement and manage SEO‑related analytics and tracking Work directly with our clients, alongside our tightly knit team (Project Managers included!) Have direct impact on data strategy and reporting direction Technical Requirements Expert‑level proficiency in Google Analytics (GA) and Google Search Console (GSC) Experience creating and configuring detailed GA dashboards / Looker Strong analytical skills for website and user traffic analysis Proven experience in preparing comprehensive monthly reports Ability to derive actionable insights and recommendations from data Knowledge of SEO implementation and analytics tracking Nice to Have Experience with Google Tag Manager and HotJar Data visualization skills (dashboards, charts, advanced reporting) Knowledge of conversion analysis and user journey mapping Basic SEO/digital marketing knowledge Soft Requirements English proficiency B2+ (for communication with clients and partners) and Polish proficiency B2+ (for internal communication) Experience working remotely Transparent communication Attention to detail Self‑driven and can self‑manage Kind and can give/receive open feedback A knack for product understanding and value‑driven analytics Compensation Freelance B2B contract – 13 000 – 20 000 PLN for full‑time work / 77 – 120 PLN/h. Up to full‑time engagement for the first three months with a possibility of extension, long‑term freelance engagement.
