Position Summary
The Agency Producer directly contributes to and supports the sales goals of the agency or specialist department, working closely with leadership to achieve both short-term and long-term growth objectives. This includes generating new business, cross-selling, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure retention and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
Solicit and write new business for the personal lines division
Coordinate with agents and/or operations managers to assist in determining proper coverage
Provide underwriting and rating for new accounts
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of new products, initiatives, and industry trend
Actively solicit renewal and expiration dates from clients and prospects
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
Meet production goals and performance targets set by management
Maintain accurate monthly sales records and submit reports as required
Perform additional duties as assigned

Preferred Skills & Qualifications
Previous customer service or sales experience (insurance preferred)
Must hold a valid insurance license (or ability to obtain one)
