Proposal Writer

Working closely with a specialist Life sciences specialist looking for a Proposal Writer to develop clear, persuasive proposals that support business development goals. This role leads RFP/RFI responses and transforms technical and scientific information into compelling, client‑focused content.

Responsibilities

• Analyze RFPs/RFIs and define strategy with BD.
• Write and edit persuasive, compliant proposal content.
• Collaborate with SMEs to ensure technical accuracy.
• Maintain proposal templates and manage multiple deadlines.
• Support pricing coordination and document activity in CRM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in science, communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years proposal writing in pharma/biotech.
• Drug Product expertise preferred; 3+ years Sterile Fill‑Finish required.
