Base pay range

$115,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

• Provide direction to Account Executives and oversee day-to-day activities.
• Ensure location sales budgets and objectives are achieved.
• Monitor Account Executives’ assignments and revenue goals.

Required Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience: 2+ years of management or leadership experience; 5+ years of media sales experience.
• Skills: Communication, leadership, collaboration, project management.

Compensation & Benefits

This is a base + commission role starting at a total target compensation of $200k (base included). Commission earnings target starts at $60,933. The base pay is between $115,000 and $130,000. Spectrum Reach offers a comprehensive benefits package that rewards employees for their contributions.
