Work Environment

The headquarters are located just outside Nashville in Franklin, Tennessee. All team members work on‑site under the same roof. We also offer flexible schedules to help manage appointments, family obligations, and other needs. Each workspace is equipped with an electronic sit‑stand desk, and the campus features quiet library space, coffee bar/lounge areas, recreational game zone, and outside/patio work and break areas.

Role Overview

As an Audio Engineer, you’ll shape the sound of the Ramsey Network, from on‑location recording to mixing content, promos, and special projects. You’ll collaborate with Producers, Project Managers, and Post‑Production teams to deliver technically excellent audio that reflects the Ramsey message and connects with millions of listeners.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional audio recording and editing experience, TV/Film or YouTube preferred.
• Expertise in Pro Tools and industry‑standard software plug‑ins.
• Experience with field recording using Sound Devices and Zoom recorders.
• Skill operating Ambient Lockit Slate and Nanolockits for SMPTE timecode synchronization with cameras.
• Proficient in post‑production audio, including repair, restoration, and creative sound design.
• Familiarity with broadcast audio consoles for radio production and live call‑in shows.
• Strong alignment with and passion for the Ramsey Solutions brand, mission, and message.
