Position: Content Developer III

Location: Greenwood Village, CO

Duration: 6-month contract with ability to extend

Workplace: Hybrid (in-office for team meetings every other Tuesday)

Overview

We're looking for an experienced Content Developer to manage and execute digital communications strategies across web, social media, and email channels. This is a great opportunity to join a mission-driven organization and own a growing program.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor social media channels for relevant mentions and engagement
• Maintain editorial calendars for web, social media, and targeted email campaigns
• Write and publish content across multiple platforms (website, intranet, social media, email)
• Ensure compliance with internal guidelines and regulatory requirements
• Support HR in employer branding and business lines in marketing initiatives
• Provide technical advice and guidance on digital communication strategies
• Develop reports with quantitative and qualitative insights on campaign effectiveness

Qualifications

• Expertise in social media management and analytics
• Experience with email marketing and tools like Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Canva
• Familiarity with platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Glassdoor
• Knowledge of Hootsuite and strong understanding of digital best practices
• Associates Degree or higher is required

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr.
