About Adsgram AdsGram is an ambitious startup building an advertising platform similar to Google Ads — but within the Telegram ecosystem. Our business team is globally distributed, and English is our default working language. We’re growing rapidly and are looking for an experienced Account Manager for Publisher Relations to join us remotely. Role — Senior Account Manager for Publisher Relations Manage and support an assigned Telegram mini-app publisher base Consult on monetization strategies and effective use of the Adsgram platform Assist with the integration of new ad units Analyze publisher needs and propose solutions to increase their revenue Interact with internal teams (product, support, marketing) to quickly resolve issues Participate in projects to improve internal processes and service quality Qualifications 2–3+ years of experience in digital advertising; working with publishers is a significant advantage Experience interacting with platforms or advertising tools Understanding of the Telegram ecosystem and mini-app monetization principles Strong communication skills and a focus on results Upper-Intermediate English or higher Independence, proactivity, and a desire to improve processes What we offer: Competitive salary — $2000/month Remote work format (Mon–Fri) from anywhere in the world Flexible schedule and a healthy work-life balance Paid vacation (4 weeks), sick leave, and public holidays Skill development and career growth within an international team Involvement in strategic tasks and the chance to influence product development We are looking for a Russian-speaking colleague with a high level of English proficiency :) We are really looking forward to your response!
