Title: UI/UX Designer

Location: Pennington, NJ (Onsite)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to the end-to-end UX design process from research to final delivery.
• Develop and implement UX strategies aligned with business goals and user needs.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups .
• Conduct user research, usability testing , and stakeholder interviews to inform design decisions.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to ensure seamless implementation.
• Maintain and evolve design systems and style guides .
• Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders and leadership teams.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies .
• Should have knowledge and hands on experience in front end development

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 7–8 years of experience in UI/UX design , with a strong portfolio showcasing UX strategy and visual design.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, Photoshop, Illustrator , or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, design thinking, and human-centered design .
• Experience with responsive and mobile-first design .
• Ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive and elegant user experiences.
• Basic experience in front end development (Angular/ ReactJs etc.)
• Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Familiarity with Front end development.
