Our client, an industry leader in energy and resource management, is seeking a UX‑Designer – Lead to join their Design and Innovation Department. This role requires strong leadership, innovative thinking, and a collaborative spirit.

What's the Job?

• Lead a small team of UX designers and researchers, managing work intake, timelines, and resource needs.
• Design innovative, research‑based solutions to complex technical challenges, enhancing user productivity and experience.
• Understand research findings and seamlessly incorporate insights into your design process.
• Communicate designs effectively through sketches, wireframes, and prototypes to diverse stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross‑disciplinary teams to critique, standardize, and advance the technical design language.

What's Needed?

• Proven experience leading small UX teams and managing stakeholder relationships.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver business value through user experience design, supported by a professional portfolio.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and collaboration skills to support cross‑disciplinary efforts.
• Willingness to travel internationally and adapt to various working environments.
• Experience in Oil & Gas or IT Operations is a plus, but not mandatory.
