Social Media Content Specialist – Overnight + Outdoor Enthusiast
ICUC, a fully remote creative agency based in Texas, is hiring an English‑speaking social media specialist to monitor and grow online communities for our clients, including the nation’s largest consumer co‑op. Candidates must live in the USA, be legal workers, and be available for overnight (12 AM–8 AM CDT) plus at least one additional shift (days or evenings). Weekend coverage is required.
Responsibilities
Moderate and respond to comments across clients’ social channels, reflecting each brand’s voice.
Write engaging, brand‑appropriate content to spark conversations and drive engagement.
Ensure online communities remain safe, respectful, and aligned with client guidelines.
Escalate issues, insights, or trends to internal teams as needed.
Become an extension of clients’ brands by understanding strategy, tone, and audience.
Qualifications
Excellent English communication skills; additional languages are an asset.
Strong written grammar, spelling, and clarity.
Legal U.S. work eligibility.
Open and available to work overnights + another shift, any day including weekends.
Professional experience moderating and engaging on social platforms.
Passion for outdoor activities and a desire to encourage people to go outside.
Ability to write for brands and adapt tone for varying audiences.
Familiarity with major social platforms and their best practices.
Organized, reliable, with excellent customer‑service instincts.
High‑speed internet, no data restrictions, active Facebook account.

100 % remote from day one.
Full‑time (32–40 hrs / week) or part‑time (24–32 hrs / week). Each shift is 8 hrs.
Hourly pay $14.75–$15.00 USD, commensurate with experience.
