Position Overview We are seeking an innovative and collaborative leader who will serve as either Assistant Dean for Library Services or Director of the Law Library, reporting directly to the Dean of the School of Law. The successful candidate will play a vital role in shaping library policy alongside the Dean and faculty, while leading a dedicated team of professional librarians and support staff.

Collaborate regionally through the Mid-America Law Library Consortium (MALLCO), the Mid-America Association of Law Libraries (MAALL), and the MOBIUS Consortium
Participate in the Federal Depository Library Program
Professional Growth & Flexibility The position offers two appointment pathways to accommodate diverse career goals:
Tenure/Tenure-Track Option: For candidates seeking a traditional academic faculty appointment
Contract Option: For professionals preferring a senior administrative track
