Join Estée Lauder as a freelance beauty advisor/artist to provide makeup application, skincare, hair, or fragrance consultations. Collaborate with a high‑performing team to create impactful in‑store events and maintain visual merchandising standards that set the store apart.
Responsibilities
Provide makeup application, skincare, hair or fragrance consultations to customers.
Deliver personalized, inspirational customer service that educates and delights.
Work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends and special events, in a fast‑paced environment.
Support in‑store events and maintain high standards of visual merchandising.
Utilize retail point‑of‑sale software for transactions.
Qualifications
Certification in makeup artistry and/or prior retail makeup experience preferred; beginner‑level experience welcome.
Expertise in fragrance, skincare, and hair consultation highly valued; willingness to develop skills acceptable.
Experience in retail sales with strong creative and technical expertise.
Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
Proof of right to live and work in the United States if invited for interview.
