As a Senior Specialist, External Communications at FactSet, you will play a central and multifaceted role, leading project management and stakeholder management tasks while executing key initiatives that transform sophisticated financial data and industry insights into compelling narratives. Your work will enhance FactSet’s brand perception, market leadership, and media presence. Responsibilities

Drive high‑impact content and campaigns: collaborate with internal experts, analysts, and cross‑functional teams—including product, marketing, and sales—to create and deliver content that informs stakeholders, drives engagement, and positions FactSet and its executives as trusted experts. Lead project management and operations: oversee the end‑to‑end management of external communications projects, including trafficking documents for review and approval, ensuring version control, calendaring, and accurately uploading and organizing files on internal servers. Collaborate and coordinate: work closely with agency partners and internal teams to develop meeting agendas, track deliverables and timelines, capture meeting minutes, and oversee task management to ensure project milestones are met. Maintain accountability: monitor progress against key initiatives, proactively communicate status updates and potential risks to stakeholders, and support optimal execution of campaigns and communications strategy. Amplify FactSet’s voice in the market by balancing strategic storytelling with seamless project execution. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Communications, Journalism, Business, or related field. 4+ years of experience in financial services, external communications, project management, and/or B2B financial communications, preferably in tech, finance, fintech, or SaaS environment. Proven ability to interpret and communicate complex financial and technology concepts to diverse external audiences. Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with attention to detail and a solutions‑oriented approach. Proficiency with project management and collaboration platforms. Strong organizational, analytical, and relationship management skills. Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize assignments, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Experience with FactSet products/data or other financial databases and visualization tools strongly preferred. Willingness to perform data entry and other administrative tasks necessary for project management workstreams. Benefits
