Position Summary We are seeking a talented
Floral Designer
who shares our commitment to quality, customer service, and artistic expression. If you’re passionate about making a meaningful impact through floral design, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Design floral arrangements following established recipes and create custom arrangements within budget and available product.
Create arrangements for various occasions, including funerals and events.
Assist walk-in customers with selecting and customizing floral designs.
Provide outstanding customer service via phone, answering questions, taking orders, and advising on floral pieces.
Support general shop operations, including processing flowers, managing the cooler, caring for plants, and general cleaning.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in floral design.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to stand for extended periods and handle a fast-paced work environment.
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
