Computer Aided Design Drafter

Prepare detailed electrical drawings, layouts, and schematics using AutoCAD. Collaborate with electrical engineers and project managers to interpret design specifications and requirements. Update and revise existing drawings based on engineering changes or redlines. Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and company procedures. Maintain organized documentation and drawing files. Assist in the development of bill of materials (BOMs) and other project documentation. Coordinate with other disciplines (mechanical, civil, etc.) to ensure design integration. Participate in site visits or field verification as needed. Qualifications: Associate degree or technical certification in drafting, electrical engineering, or a related field. Proficiency in AutoCAD (Electrical AutoCAD preferred). Knowledge of electrical systems, components, and symbols. Familiarity with NEC, IEEE, and other relevant electrical standards. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience with other CAD software (e.g., Revit, SolidWorks) is a plus. Seniority level
