Overview
Machinery and Automation Engineering Co-op opportunity at MillerKnoll. Co-ops participate in three work rotations: May 2026 – August 2026, January 2027 – April 2027, and September 2027 – December 2027. The role involves working on tools used on the plant floor and state-of-the-art automated manufacturing equipment as part of the Electrical Engineering teams. What You’ll Do
Gain experience in a variety of areas, including 3D modeling in SolidWorks, 3D printing, machining and fabrication methods, specification of machine elements, and more. Interact with team members across Production and various Engineering functions. Work with vendors, suppliers, and machine builders, internal and external to MillerKnoll. Attain on-the-job work experience aligned with your career objectives. Perform additional responsibilities as requested to achieve business objectives. Who You Are
Familiar with PCs and related software. A strong communicator with good organizational skills. Capable of working both under supervision and without supervision. Able to meet deadlines and budget requirements. Enrolled and pursuing a 4-year Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited college or university with a cumulative GPA of at least 3.0 to qualify for consideration in the Intern Program. Satisfactorily finished with the basic coursework in your chosen degree program. In favorable academic standing within your current program or major. Authorized to work in the United States.
