Flexographic Press Operator
to join our team in Fort Worth, TX. As a Flexographic Press Operator, you’ll help deliver products that support clean water, safe food, and healthy environments around the world. In this role, you’ll operate and troubleshoot complex equipment. You’ll apply your technical expertise to resolve issues, support continuous improvement, and ensure safe, high-quality production. This is a hands‑on opportunity to lead by example, deepen your operational knowledge, and thrive in a collaborative, performance‑driven environment.
How You’ll Make An Impact
Review job orders to determine job specifications such as quantities to be printed, production times, colors, and color sequences.
Load, position, and adjust paper rolls on equipment.
Select and install printing plates, dies, and cylinders in press machines to specifications.
Monitor the printing process to maintain specified operating levels and to detect malfunctions.
Adjust printing plates and pressure rolls to improve print quality.
Maintain consistent quality checks during the production run to ensure finished product adheres to customer specifications.
Remove printed materials from presses and place in designated areas.
Perform preventative maintenance of press machines and report all safety concerns or issues to supervisor.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment and complete daily housekeeping assignments.
Maintain inventory accuracy.
Complete all job‑related paperwork accurately.
Work with other press operators and supervisors to ensure a smooth shift changeover.
Ensures the work conducted within the production area is performed in a safe and efficient manner.
All other duties as assigned.

Location: Fort Worth, Texas
Work Week: Monday – Thursday (3:15 pm – 1:45 am)
Compensation: $26 per hour

Minimum Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent
2 or more years of experience running a flexographic press machine
Ability to read and interpret instructions in English

Physical Requirements Of Position
Lifting/carrying up to 50 lbs
Preferred Qualifications
Experience completing training and mastering skills required by the position (e.g., Hazardous Material Safety and DOT training)
Experience understanding and tracking safety, quality, and productivity data
Mechanical aptitude and experience using hand and power tools
Experience with Total Production Management (TPM) and Continuous Improvement Systems
Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to work as part of a team
Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot equipment and resolve technical issues independently

Annual Or Hourly Compensation Range The pay rate is $26 per hour. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
