Your Responsibilities
SEO Optimization : Improve our website's search rankings for key golf and travel-related terms, driving organic traffic growth
PPC Campaign Management : Run and optimize Google Ads and social media advertising to generate qualified leads efficiently
Content Creation : Write engaging newsletter content that keeps our audience excited about golf destinations and drives bookings
Data Management : Streamline our tracking and analytics systems to ensure accurate measurement of all marketing efforts
Reporting & Analysis : Provide clear, actionable insights on campaign performance and ROI tied to your quarterly bonus metrics
Required Qualifications
3+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience with proven results
Strong track record managing PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads)
Demonstrated SEO success with measurable traffic and ranking improvements
Excellent copywriting and content creation skills
Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and marketing reporting
Self-starter who thrives on accountability and measurable goals
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in travel, hospitality, or tourism marketing
Google Ads and/or Analytics certifications
Familiarity with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Constant Contact, etc.)
Basic HTML/CSS knowledge
Compensation Structure
Base Salary : $48,000 - $55,000 (based on experience)
Total Potential Earnings : $60,000 - $71,500+ for high performers
Bonuses are based on clear, measurable metrics including website traffic growth, PPC return on ad spend, newsletter engagement, and lead generation (detailed structure provided to candidates).
